Re-Signing Period Officially Open

The Albany Firebirds and all teams across Arena Football One (AF1) may now begin re-signing players from their 2025 rosters. The Re-Signing Period runs through 11:59 PM on September 15, 2025.
Players not re-signed by their current teams before the deadline will become free agents and will be eligible to sign with any AF1 franchise beginning September 16.
This important period gives the Firebirds the opportunity to retain key players from last season while preparing for another exciting year of arena football in 2026.
