Albany Firebirds to Join Deck The Hall-bany Holiday Market & Festival During Downtown Albany Hot Chocolate Stroll

The Albany Firebirds are excited to take part in the festivities at this weekend’s Deck The Hall-bany Holiday Market & Festival, thanks to our proud partners at Park Albany. The team will be set up at Booth #20, located next to 683 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, this Saturday, December 6, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Fans can also look forward to a special appearance from our mascot, Spike, as Downtown Albany hosts its sixth annual Hot Chocolate Stroll.

The Hot Chocolate Stroll takes place alongside day three of the Deck The Hall-bany Holiday Market & Festival. While the festival is free to attend, the Hot Chocolate Stroll is a ticketed experience featuring gourmet tastings throughout downtown.

Pre-registered Stroll tickets are $25, with door tickets available for $30 while supplies last. The event is rain or shine, with refunds issued only in the case of an emergency cancellation.

With ticket purchase, attendees receive:

  • A tasting passport to sample gourmet hot chocolates from participating locations and vote for their favorite

  • Access to optional “grown-up” hot chocolate cocktails for an additional cost

  • A commemorative Downtown Albany x Upstate of Mind hot chocolate mug designed by CompasLife

Parking Information:
Payment is required upon entering the Green-Hudson, Quackenbush, and Riverfront Garages. All ParkAlbany garages are cashless and accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.

Deck The Hall-bany continues every Saturday through December 13 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Clinton Square. Visitors can enjoy heated tents, local vendors, live music, entertainment, and free hot chocolate samples as downtown transforms into a festive holiday destination.
