Albany Firebirds Name Jenna Snide-Papielion as new Head Coach of Firebird Flames!

The Albany Firebirds are proud to announce Jenna Snide-Papielion as the new Head Coach of the Firebird Flames Dance Team.

Jenna brings a strong combination of professional performance experience, leadership, and business knowledge to the organization. In 2020, she co-founded the Capital District Arts Initiative, a performing arts training facility based in Latham, New York. Through this role, she has helped develop and mentor dancers across the Capital Region while building a program centered on growth, discipline, and opportunity.

A graduate of the University at Albany, Jenna earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. During her time at UAlbany, she was a member of the UAlbany Dance Team and served as Team Captain her senior year, demonstrating leadership both on and off the floor.

Jenna’s professional dance career includes performing as a member of the Albany Empire Dance Team. She later continued her impact on the sidelines as Assistant Dance Team Coach for the Albany FireWolves, further strengthening her experience in coaching at the professional level.

Her background blends high-level performance with program development and business strategy, positioning her to build a strong foundation and raise the standard for the Firebird Flames heading into the upcoming AF1 season.

When she’s not dancing, teaching, or coaching, Jenna enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, camping, and traveling.

The Albany Firebirds are excited to welcome Jenna to the organization and look forward to the leadership, energy, and vision she will bring to the Firebird Flames.
